I started working at 16, bought a new car my senior year in high school. Worked full-time for the State of Kansas while attending college full-time. Got married, raised 3 kids. At the age of 40+ I began my Real Estate career. For the past 23 years I have navigated many types of real estate markets the Topeka KS and surrounding areas. From normal markets thru 2 recessions & now a pandemic.
